  2. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top of the slices, if desired.

  4. Air roast for about 6 hours. My air fryer was set to 90 degrees F and it took 6 hours to dehydrate the slices. Some other brands may take longer.
  5. Remove when slices are slightly crisp on the outside and slightly chewy in the middle. Thick slices take longer than thin ones.

  1. Arrange slices in a single layer on a wire rack in a baking sheet or pan.
  2. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top of the slices, if desired.
  3. Preheat the oven to the lowest temperature level.
  4. Bake for 4 to 6 hours or until the dried sweet potatoes are the texture you like. Depending on your oven, you may need more or less time. For a hotter oven, you can leave the oven door slightly open to prevent overcooking.
